Xbjaee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via their registered email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To create an account on xbjaee, the following requirements must be met:

There are rules you must follow to withdraw winnings from xbjaee. These rules exist for security purposes — to protect both users and the platform.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 300. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Without completed KYC verification, daily withdrawals are capped at ৳ 5,000. This limit increases once verification is complete.

• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any unconfirmed bets will be considered void.

• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same match to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at xbjaee. If any of these are proven, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to manipulate bonuses or exploit loopholes in the system.
• Attempting to hack, deploy malware, or carry out any other technical attack on the platform.
• Using xbjaee for illegal money laundering.
• Opening an account with false information or submitting fraudulent KYC documents.
• Using xbjaee on behalf of a minor, or assisting a minor in using it.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. xbjaee may close an account for the following reasons:

• Immediate closure upon proven violation of terms.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12+ months).
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
